The grower, the distiller, the fisher, the maker — drawn to a long table by the water to share the work of their hands. Our gatherings are open to those staying with us and to our West Coast neighbours, held together by the same harbour and the same season.

The Living Story Series 

An evening with the people behind the produce. Each gathering brings one Tasmanian maker to Risby Cove to share their craft, their story, and a meal built around what they bring. Long tables, banquets by the fireplace, and the harbour going quiet beyond the glass.
